Raffle: terms and conditions

This raffle is organised and administered by Barking Army SA.

Entry requirements:
To be eligible to enter the raffle, entrants must:

Be over 18 years of age by 1 January 2017
Not be a member of Barking Army or partnering welfare organisation staff
Have purchased at least one ticket at R100 each
Must have a South African bank account
Be a resident in the Republic of South Africa

Prizes:
The prize consists of the following:

R10 000 cash, transferred by EFT into the winner’s bank account

Winners:

The winner will be drawn by an independent person on 30 September 2017. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by 1 October 2017 either by mail or telephone. The winner’s name will be announced on the Barking Army SA facebook page (www.facebook.com/barkingarmysa). Full address details will not be disclosed. The winner will be contacted by telephone or email. In the event that we cannot contact the winner within 28 days after the draw, the prize will be awarded to a new winner. If no contact details are given, a new winner will be selected on the day of the draw. The prizes are non-transferable and only consist of what is listed above. By entering the draw, winners confirm their agreement to take part in any associated publicity.
